If Agora de la danse is found liable to a user of the Site, such liability shall be limited to $100.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Forum
The Terms of Use of the Site and the relationship between the user and Agora de la danse are subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. The user agrees that any dispute or claim arising from the interpretation, application, fulfillment, coming into force or effects of the present Terms of Use shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in the judicial district of Montréal, province of Québec, Canada.
