Funding is often a crucial issue for creators. Agora’s response was to foster special ties with the business community and gradually establish a creation fund thanks to the generosity of patrons, individuals and companies. Florence Junca-Adenot, chair of Agora’s board of directors and recipient of the 2007 Arts-Affaires award, was this project’s driving force more than 23 years ago.
Contributing to Agora de la danse’s Creation Fund means nurturing talent, originality and the creative drive of dance artists and artisans through the creation of original and powerful choreographic works made possible by our coproductions.
Today’s creations are tomorrow’s heritage!
