A plunge into movement for the body and the senses.
En rêve, with Sarah Dell’Ava
What is a dream? Is it frenzied imagination, or the expression of something fervently desired? In Old English “dream” meant joy or merriment, and the French word “songe” comes from “soignier” or “to take care of”. What if our dreams have the power to heal?
In this workshop spread out over a 12-week period, choreographer Sarah Dell’Ava invites participants of all ages to discover intuitive dance that exists in a state between sleep and wakefulness. This space for creativity and encounters with the self and with others will, in the end, be shared with the public.
No previous dance experience required.
