Les espaces réunis are the spaces of painting and photography, mechanisms marking the work of Richard Max Tremblay over the past three decades. The arrival of digital photography has generated ephemeral avatars that did not exist in the past, and new properties, characteristics, aberrations and novel anomalies have transformed photography. The tableaux presented at the Agora de la danse reflect preoccupations about the history of art, literature, philosophy and life that occur in daily life. By using the mechanisms of representation in these espaces réunis of photography and painting, the artist remains part of a tradition while exploring new paths.
